Outlook Expres 6 can't retreive mail from Yahoo. Error:server won't recognize user/password.?

Outlook Express can send to my yahoo address.The username/password settings in Outlook Express for yahoo mail are the same as for my yahoo account. They work for Yahoo login, why not for Outlook Express?
