Whats my incoming and outgoing email server?

Im stuck? trying to set up my new windows email account and its asking for incoming server,whats it about?

• the incoming server bit asks for pop3 or something and then it asks for incoming stmp or smtp, something like that! its a yahoo addy and i took a guess, now i get this:::: The host 'yahoo' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Subject 'test', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'yahoo', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D im confused!!! HELP !!!!!!!!!!
