  you cant. Yahoo mail runs on PoP3 protocol. Exchange uses.. Exchange. Its the apples and oranges analogy. Outlook requires multiple server applications with client access licenses required; yahoo is free. Yahoo is nowhere is as robust as Exchange, and that's because yahoo is free. The paid version of Yahoo Mail would most likely support those features (Exchange/Outlook). If you are operating in a small bussiness it would apply to you. I've even implemented Exchange for a small office that required Exchange features. But for a single person and email, would not apply unless you got the dollars to pay for it (monthly ISP fee, software, licenses, to start with). But thats just a part of the puzzle, you need IT people to set it up, configure it, make it work, etc.
