How can I change my yahoo mail 'sender' name?

I want to change the sender name received by others in yahoo mail. Some people are saying go to 'options' at the upper right corner and click 'general preferences' or 'mail addresses' but these options are not available in the current yahoo mail! How can I change the sender name without creating a new account?

Changing how your name appears on your outgoing email. 1. Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of your Yahoo! Mail page and select Mail/More Options. 2. From the list on the left, click "Accounts." 3. Click "Yahoo! Mail" under Accounts 4. In the "Your 'From' name" field, enter your name exactly as you'd like it to appear within your outgoing messages. 5. Click the SAVE CHANGES to apply your new changes.
