What's the Incoming/Outgoing Mail server for Yahoo! Mail?

What is the server URL of yahoo mail?

  • i am configuring my yahoo mail account on Microsoft outlook using the email accounts wizard. i selected the "add a new e-mail account" option and then proceed to the next step. the next step is the selection of the type of server. i selected http since yahoo mail is an http mail server (am i right?). The wizard is now asking for the server URL of yahoo mail. I am not using Yahoo! Plus so i can't use the pop.mail.yahoo.com and the smtp.mail.yahoo.com server URL's. Does anybody know what it is? Can somebody share it to me? Please help.

    not http, pop3 - if you are not a mailplus member: you can not retrieve your mails and send/receive - perhaps maybe you are an international account user, then you can :)
