How do I get my mail back from then in box at outlook?

Using outlook I am getting a box saying enter network password cant get any mail?

I put in my current password but it is not recognising it and I cant get any email How can you email me when I cant get any mail??????????????

First, reboot(restart) your machine. Re-enter the password. If it is not recognized, you may have changed it sometime before and forgot.
