How can I receive Yahoo mail at office outlook?

Can't pop mails in to outlook express through Yahoo Plus!?

I have subscribed for trial offer of yahoo plus from U.A.E and after that i plan to confirm payment and use this premium service of Yahoo plus. But i am not ble to receive or send mail in to outlook ( i am having XP operating system ). Then thinking that the service wont be available with Outlook XP, I installed Outlook 2003 (Keeping Other Softares Of Office Xp Same). But still i cant pop in mails in or out of outlook. I tried port 995 and also 465,587. I checked and unchecked all the necessary buttons but coudn't go through. Is my ISP (ETISALAAT) has to do something with this. Please advice me fast.. I am loosing time..Waiting for the right solutions.. Yours.. Yahoo Friend
