How can I import my addressses from Yahoo mail to the Microsoft Outlook?

both want to import and export but not to the other. If Microsoft Outlook is part of Yahoo, why can't it share the address book? I hate to have to type in every address.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you can... =[ It kills me to type addresses over and over again too.
