I cant send emails thru outlook express to yahoo email addresses.?

Netscape is my ISP. I can recieve emails with a yahoo address but not able to send emails thru Outlook Express with a yahoo email address...Any help?

I have been working with email for some years. But only yesterday I came upon an unknown problem with emails. Luckily for me I chose the Google and rapidly found out there - http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/outlook_express.html The software pleased me, it solved my troubles quite easy and quickly.
