Why can't I receive an email from a contact?

How do I contact yahoo, my email isn't working, I cant send or receive email.?

    Yahoo are doing some upgrades and working on some issues they have a few problem to iron out,in the meantime why dont you open a gmail account with google at least it will give you some back up,i use it mainly storing files and drafts but handy as a extra e mail account

How are you trying to receive your e.mails? If you were using Outlook or Outlook Express see below. If you had Outlook or Outlook Express working before and you have a Yahoo.co.uk account, try the following. Log into your yahoo account via web-mail. Look for mail options then pop and forwarding. Were it says Pop & Web access to the left click button then click save at bottom. You should get the following message. POP3 Setup Successful You can now access Yahoo! Mail through the web or any email program using POP3. Close and you should then be able to use Outlook or Outlook Express. Yahoo.co.uk account users do not need to sign up for Yahoo Mail Plus to get Pop 3 but need to sign up for it in their Yahoo accounts.
