How can I activate yahoo mail free with windows mail?

Saving "sent" messages on POP yahoo mail plus server & windows mail?

I have Yahoo Mail Plus and POP my emails to my windows mail on my computer. I have selected the option to save a copy of sent messages in my sent folder. This email address is used for a business and is shared by two people. When I email someone from windows mail it doesn't show up on the yahoo server under "sent" messages, just on my windows mail, and vice versa... (sent messages sent from yahoo server don't show up on windows mail). Is there a way to fix this? Since 2 people share this account we use the sent folder as a way of referring back to if someone was responded to. Thanks in advance!

To download the "Sent" messages folder, you need an IMAP set-up rather than POP3. The Yahoo IMAP settings are: * Incoming Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com * Outgoing Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com * Incoming Port - 993 (requires SSL) * Outgoing Port - 465 (requires SSL/TLS) * Username: full email address (for example, [email protected] or [email protected]) * Password: the password you login to Yahoo! with.
