I treid to install incredimail I can get mail throgh it but every time I try to forward or send it does not work it comes back incomplete

First of all make sure that you have it configured it right. for instance if you use a POP3 make sure that both incoming and outgoing are (example: incoming: mail.netzero.net, and outgoing: mail.netzero.net. They should be the same or you will not be able to send or forward. Hope this works as you did not specify if you used a POP3 or not!
