How to get emails back from Outlook Express?

Unable to get emails or send via my outlook express use to be fine ?

Last Monday all was well then Tuesday could no longer download or send emails via Outlook express no changes were made to anything but still cannot send or receive from Yahoo The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Got mine working as follows:- Outgoing Server - I changed the outgoing server port to 587 and turned SSL off. Incoming Server - I changed the pop server from pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk, to pop.mail.yahoo.com, Port 995 leaving SSL on
