What type of server is Yahoo: POP3? What is incoming and outgoing address?

I am trying to set up a Windows mail account in addition to my yahoo account. I am asked to fill in three blanks: type of server (POP3?); incoming address; and outgoing address. I don't know what they are, or where to find them.
