How do I reach Yahoo to verify my POP3&SMPT settings?

I have attempted to set up Outlook Express with no success. I continue to receive the message "Host POP3 could not be found". Verify that you have entered your server name correctly.

In order to use a separate email program, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird, with Yahoo Mail you need to pay for Yahoo Mail Plus. When you do you can set the incoming server to pop.mail.yahoo.com and the outgoing server to smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
