How to retrieve mails back from outlook 2003??

Outlook takes all of your emails from Yahoo, and then stores them on the computer that is running Outlook. You can send the emails back to your Yahoo account, but you need to change Outlook so that it doesn't take all of your emails again. Open Outlook, then: On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next. Select your email account, and then click Change. Click More Settings. Click the Advanced tab, and under Delivery, select the Leave a copy of messages on the server check box This will make sure a copy of your emails stay at Yahoo.com, so you can see them when you are away from your home computer. Getting your emails from Outlook to Yahoo.com is trickier.. you can't import archived emails to Yahoo. You can forward each email back to your yahoo address, which will be tedious and slow, and also introduces a problem: If you send an email from your Outlook to your Yahoo address, you get a copy on the server that you can retreive from other computers, but you'll also get another copy of the same email back onto your Outlook. (you'll have 2 copies of your email - the original & the forwarded email) You may want to send only a limited number of important emails back to your Yahoo account, or cut and paste the important contents of specific emails & send the data that way.. gl!
