Cannot send email in outlook with Yahoo pop mail.?

I have yahoo pop mail and outlook. I can receive mail with no problem but sendin gis an issue. I get the following message "Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)." I have outgoing mail set to SMTP.mail.yahoo.com with password authentication set to on for outgoing messages. HELP - I AM LOSING MY PATIENCE!! Thanks

I have the same problem. I cannot send email but can receive mail only. My error message is sending report error 0x800CC0F . The connection to server was interrupted. The server responded :553 from : address not verified. But in account e mail setting for test it all passes. CAN anyone help???
