How to sync yahoo mail with microsoft outlook?

All the checks go through but the test e-mail. I got my g-mail account to go through...just not my yahoo.

I believe you need to have yahoo plus mail to allow it to sync with Microsoft Outlook, which is a service you pay for....I guess "nothing is free" rings true here.
