Richard W's answer is the official one; the site for paid Y! Mail is http://mailplus.mail.yahoo.com . You can also install YPOPs! at http://www.ypopsemail.com for both incoming and outgoing (Y! Mail only), or install FreePOPs at http://www.freepops.org/en for incoming-only from many freemailers (including Y! Mail and Hotmail) and use your ISP's outgoing server.
