How to receive a message from server?

I receive Outlook Express but get Server error #530 message to send mail via POP att yahoo.com. Please help!.?

    I am using Outlook 2010 and receiving an error with my yahoo (att.yahoo.com) address. The error I'm getting is "server not ready/temp". Evidently att has a down mail server or have changed the set up in the last 24 hours. If you have an old yahoo id of [email protected], you have a problem with at&t. I don't think you can fix it from your end. AT&T has to fix their end. You might try 877-722-3755. Expect to spend some time trying to get the right tech to help.
