Microsoft Outlook 2003 cannot see attachment from Microsoft Outlook 2010?
-
Hi, I've recently installed Microsoft Office 2010, and encountered a problem while using Microsoft Outlook. When I send e-mails with attachment in HTML format to computers with Microsoft Outlook 2003, they won't be able to see the attachment at all. I found that if I changed the format to "Plain Text", and send it again, then they will be able to see the attachment. But is there anything I can do so that I can send my e-mails in HTML format to computers using Outlook 2003 AND they can still see the attachment? Please help me out! Thank you! Andy
