How can I receive yahoo email through outlook express?

I can receive email but cannot send email from outlook express. pop server is smtp.mail.yahoo.com. Corect?

    For yahoo mail you need upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get the full pop3 service for access to Outlook,Incredimail, Thunderbird and others.
