What is the incoming and outgoing pop server?

How do i set up outlook express for outgoing pop mail server and incoming pop server i am on orange internet ?

    Settings for Yahoo are Type of account pop3 Incoming server pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk Incoming port (pop3) 995, Outgoing server smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk Outgoing port (smtp) 465. Don’t forget to enable POP Forwarding in Options/Mail Options when you are logged into your account on the web under IE or Firefox. Outlook or other browsers will not be able to work with your account unless you do this
