You need to be accessing your email account through an email client program such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook. Then the mail would be on your computer instead of on the web, and you can save to the My Documents folder just like any other document on the computer.

Not sure about moving the actual email, but one way to get it into your documents would be to copy the message and then paste into a word document.
