How do I set up my outlook to receive my yahoo mail?

  • the dialogue box (Enter Network Password) asking for my user name and password keeps popping up and it won't let outlook send or receive my mail. HELP

  • Answer:

ok delete the pprevious setting and create a new using the below information.. it even depends upon the region whether they have free pop access. Yes you can download yahoo mails to different mail application. The settings would be. Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com -Use SSL, port: 995 Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com - Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication Account Name/Username: [email protected] Email address: [email protected] Password: Your Yahoo! Mail password But before doing this, u need to activate it. In order to activate it open ur yahoo mail, then on right hand side on top u will find option click on that and then pop forwading and activate it. Hope this helps...
