Why can't I send email in my Outlook express?

I cant send email through outlook express,PLEASE HELP!!!?

  • I try to send email and it wont do it,it says error has occured.I think it has to do with when i set up my account and i told them the "mail server"but i dont even know how to check if i have "http" or "smtp".Tryin to send a reply in craigslist.

    Settings for Yahoo are Type of account pop3 Incoming server pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk Incoming port (pop3) 995, Outgoing server smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk Outgoing port (smtp) 465. Don’t forget to enable POP Forwarding in Options/Mail Options when you are logged into your account on the web under IE or Firefox. Outlook will not be able to work with your account unless you do this.

Call your server for info on how they send out there mail. On account in tools at the top of the page in outlook you see where to add your server. They will give you the Pop. blank at blank.blank. That will fix your problem
