How can I use my Yahoo account or my Hotmail account(Windows) on my Outlook 2007?

I heard that I have to pay for it. But I already paid 700 dollors to buy all the office programs... -_-. I want to know how to do it. I heard YPoPs works. But I need step by step directions please.
