What is the outgoing email sever smtp name for setting up the outlook express with yahoo mail please?

Once you have set it up as per the Yahoo team and IFyou find that you can receive but not send then this is what to do. Open O.E. click on tools-accounts then on the email tab highlight the yahoo account and click on properties. now click on the servers tab. Put a tick in the box that say's my server require authentication and while your there click on settings (of that) and make sure that it's using same settings as my incoming mail sever. save and Way you go. PS TIP WHILE YOUR IN THERE CLICK ON ADVANCED AND TICK THE BOX "LEAVE A COPY ON THE SEVER." We now have unlimited storage. So why not use it!!
