Who is my "server" for my Yahoo account?

I have yahoo email account. i want to use windows mail, who is my ISP and which server do i need?

I have Windows mail and I want to use it but setting up account and registering incoming and outgoing servers is my problem. I do not know the correct ones to put. I am a seaman and using ships internet service in Sweden. I asked our network provider and said the Internet Service Provider must give me the correct incoming and outgoing email servers. In my case since I have only Yahoo email account, who is my ISP?
