Where is Windows Mail or Outlook Express in Windows 7?

I have had windows xp since 2004.How do you send an e-mail from outlook express to yahoo e-mail?

i keep trying to send a file from outlook express to yahoo e-mail but can't.it's a microsoft word document i when i send it through thereit goes to outlook. i send it from adobe but it goes to outlook. i want to send it to yahoo e-mail
