How can i send email by using Outlook Express?

I just trying to send email from Outlook. But the problem is POP3 server. Here "Incoming mail" & "Outgoing mail" server address they want. After i put correct address, when i click send button an error message came & show, "server reject your request, authentication required, "503 error". But i used my correct User name & Password. Then why it just tell me again & again that "Authentication required"???

I have been unable to download any Yahoo messages to Outlook since late last week. I even used a different ISP to connect and the same thing happened. Yahoo is having issues, I think, althought they keep saying it is my ISP. But since I can switch between 2 ISPs and the same thing is still occurring, I belive that it is a Yahoo issue. Sorry I cannot help fix this, but I thought you would like the info.

Even hotmail.com is way better. Outlook Express is nothing but trouble.
