How can I change from yahoo e-mail to Outlook Express so I can send & receive email thru Outlook Express?

You need Yahoo mail plus in order to do this. I have it, it's cheap, and it works well.

i think there is a website you could go to. there is a section that says sign up for outlook express.

When you are in outlook express, you should be able to go to tools and click on accounts, then make outlook express your default account if you already had an account in outlook express. If not, you will probably have to create a new account and set it as your default mail. Hope this helps...Good luck.
