Why can I no longer send e-mail using Outlook?
-
I can no longer send e-mails from my Outlook client using SMTP SSL port 465; the error message is below: Task 'Bellsouth - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' I have tried using port 587 but that gets the error below: Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance. This started a few weeks ago and I am just now trying to resolve the issue. Please Help!
