How do you embed a .jpg (pic) in an email?

Hi. How do I get a small .jpg attachement to open up in an email right in the body of the email.?

  • Thanks for your answers...So sorry. I should be more clear .I'm trying to send a pic/jpg so it opens in the reciepents email in the body..So they don't have to download it.

  • Answer:

More simple than the last answer, simply write your email, then on the top of your tool bar select, "Insert", then select, "Picture" and you will be asked to go to that photo. Click on the photo and select, "open" and it will be inserted into the body of the email.

Do you have a Yahoo email account? The web versions of Y.Mail do not permit embedded photos and graphics. However, if you subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus, you can use an email client program (like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) that does allow embedded images. Otherwise, you can only attach them.
