Access Multiple Yahoo Email Accounts with Yahoo Mobile?

Can I access my yahoo email accounts from outlook without having to sign up/pay for yahoo plus service?

I want to access two yahoo email accounts within outlook and I want to do this for free. Please help with any suggestions.
