On the top left of your screen, you'll see "HI, (yourname)" hold your mouse over your name and wait for the menu to pop up. Click "account info" and you will see the change password option show up in there.

If you are using the NEW MAIL, I do not know, but this could help, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my problem and they switched me back 5 to10 min., no problem! Good Luck!
