How do I export all my contacts in Yahoo mail into my Outlook?

How can I export all of my Yahoo! Mail and it's folders to MS Office Outlook 2007?

• I just subscribed to Yahoo! Mail Plus, and would like to know if there's a way for me to export all of my stuff from Yahoo! Mail to my MS Office Outlook 2007. I wish to export EVERYTHING : - E-Mails - Folders - Calendar Events - Contacts How do I do this???

  I did a search and did a Copy & Paste from Yahoo! Help. I also listed the links for you under the Sources section below. With your Mail Plus, you have POP access to get any new mail to the address you choose. I'm not too familiar with POP but if that doesn't get the older e-mails tranferred, you could forward them to yourself. Well I hope this will help.
