How do I sync Outlook to receive my Yahoo & Hotmail email? Where do I find server addresses, please?

I would like Outlook to be able to retrieve my Yahoo and Hotmail, however, I am not sure of the incoming and out going server addresses. How do I know if they are HTTP, POP3 or SMTP. I am really not computer saavy and could use any help that you can give.
