Outlook express cannot connect to the web?

my connection to the internet is working but when i go onto outlook express i can send and recieve fine but cant click onto recieved emails and connect to the web site.when you recieve an email with a reply link i cannot use this

Well do you receive any error message when you click on the email? What do you mean by 'and connect to the web site'. 'when you recieve an email with a reply link i cannot use this' - sorry your question is not very clear... Would love to help but you need to give more and clearer information... Cheers!!! jAY
