Why the E-mail service provider are Free? WHO HAS COURAGE TO ANSWER THIS?

  • I want to know that why multiple E-mail service providers such as gmail, yahoomail, hotmail, rediffmail etc. provides us with free as we send and and receive E-mail without any cost. In what way the are Profited?

They are not free. Whenever you are using any of them, you keep on being bombarded with spam mails, side ways advertisements and pop-ups, in some cases. These phenomenon, among others is what cover for the cost that we would be charged directly but now we pay indirectly. However, you may have noted that some email service providers sell what they call premium email accounts that you could customize. In essence , therefore, using an ordinary account means you have less features to interact and use than otherwise. Regards
