How to send a music track by email using outlook express?

• Can anyone tell me how I can send a music track to someone using outlook express, most of my music is stored in itunes, most are owned by me, ie I've put them on itunes myself from my own cd, is there an easy way? Thanks

  just put them on the email as an attachment but best doing it one by one if sending more than one track or it will be to big to send
