In Outlook email, what are the steps to get a new email address please?

    You can't create e-mail addresses of your choice. The domain name part of your an e-mail address, (in your example, "lowcost-nlp-course.com"), is determined by the domain to which your e-mail is attached. It can't be made up on the fly. In order to have that address, you'd need to purchase the domain name and aquire a hosting account for your e-mail to pass through. You can contact me directly if you need additional info.
