Yahoo mail and Outlook sync problem?

I set up my Outlook 2007 for my Yahoo mail. It works, the only problem is that it doesn't synchronize the read/unread staus of the emails! Outlook download all the emails on my yahoo server as unread. Any solutions?

Answer:
You need IMAP for your requirements but Yahoo only does POP3. That's the way POP3 downloads work.
