How to change port number of apache server in Windows OS?

Vista HP > Windows Mail > Yahoo POP3 Problems?

  • All started after automatic Vista update 24/9/07. 1.) After booting (laptop), usually all is OK sending & receive. 2.) Then 50% of times in the same session receiving OK but sending errors: a.) Windows security pop-up: Logon to Yahoo. Please verify your Username and Password are correct for mail server. Entering correct username / password makes no differencel. Or. b.) Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject 'Fw: Emailing: 002, 019, 020, 021, 038, 040', Account: 'Yahoo', Server: 'mail.btopenworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F Re-booting sometimes solves problem.  I pay for POP3.  No Yahoo instructions for Vista / Windows Mail but OE instructions says SSL on and change outgoing ports 25 > 465, incoming ports from 110 to 995. Do this & nothing works. Help! Richard Pope
