How does yahoo e-mail account get infected by virus?

How can i remove virus from my yahoo ?

  • there is a virus on my account, it autometically changes to online status from offline and sends emails to all contacts on my name, and when they try to open the email, their accounts also be infected. The yahoo email scanner can not detect that virus, it lets the email open...how to get rid of it?

Your Yahoo account isn't infected. Your own computer may be. Download and run the free version of Antivir with the System Restore off (turn it back on afterwards). Download also Spybot and run it to check whether you have spyware, adware, malware and other little buggers in your computer.
