Why can't I send e-mail but can receive it?

My yahoo Email cant receive any incoming email but i stil can send email out, wat the problem? pls advise..?

  You can try a few things, first check your inbox sometimes if you go over your space alottment (whether its from too many emails or too big of attachments) it won't allow you to receive emails till you slim it down a bit. Secondly check your junk email folder sometimes if a certain company or person sends you an email the spam settings will automatically assume its junkmail and toss it. Hope this helps!
