What are my POP3 settings for Windows Live Mail for my yahoo email address?

I have a normal free yahoo mail account and can't successfully configure Windows Live Mail. I have gone over and over every conceivable help doc and still.... nothing. What I'm wondering is if I need a PLUS Yahoo Mail account? BTW I have tried pop.mail.yahoo.com for POP3 setting smtp.mail.yahoo.com for outgoing with the 995 and 465 advanced settings blah blah blah..... Still no luck. HELP! Britt
