How do I find out what may email server incoming and outgoing servers?

If i have a free email account with yahoo how do I find out what my incoming and outgoing server addresses are?

• i want to send an email to a possible employer i found on craigs list but when I send the email it asks me what server type my email provider uses and the incoming and outgoing email provider's server address. I have a free email account with yahoo , Do I need to pay for an yahoo account to get this info? If not, Where do I look to find this info?
