Why does Outlook 2007 keep prompting for a password?

I am trying to sync my yahoo.co.uk address with my new outlook 2007 and keep getting stuck, any ideas?

I go through the "accounts" create e-mail, put all the correct info in and then when I try and test my account it fails "bouncing" my password back all the time, this is at the "network password" stage. Please will someone help me out?
