Is anybody's outlook express working thru yahoo mail?

Hi. is anybody's outlook express working thru yahoo mail? Mine hasn't for 2 days now. just keeps coming up with socket or server error. I've checked all the settings & they're ok. can't seem to find a contact us link for yahoo help? Cheres!

Hi Keith, yup mine also has this problem Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th, just get: The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E If you search the yahoo pages you will find a query e-mail page but it's well hidden. Anyway I sent my query in today (Sunday ) so will see what happens. Just glad to hear it's not just me ! Robin

Hi Robin, Mine's gone bonk too and I've checked EVERYTHING. I did read on the Yahoo.com site that they were having problems with increased traffic and you had to go over to the paid 'plus' service to get any joy. I'm only using Yahoo because its free, so it looks, if it isn't fixed soon (today is Sunday Aug 17th) I will have to go over to google mail....goodbye yahoo... Mary
